Esophaguide provides interactive tools to assist clinicians in the evaluation and classification of esophageal motility disorders.
Dallas Classification Tool
The Dallas Classification Tool is a 9-step clinical wizard that guides you through data entry from multiple diagnostic modalities — barium swallow, endoscopy, high-resolution manometry, and FLIP — to compute diagnostic scores across four classification systems:
- Dallas Classification 1.0 and 2.0 — Integrated multi-modality scoring
- Chicago Classification 3.0 and 4.0 — Standard manometry-based classification
The tool also supports CSV bulk upload for research and batch scoring, with interactive visualization of results.
Planned Tools
We are developing additional tools to support clinical education and practice:
- Patient symptom assessment questionnaires — Standardized intake forms for esophageal symptoms
- Treatment decision support — Guides for management pathways based on classification results
- Educational case studies — Interactive cases demonstrating the diagnostic workflow
